How do you Endeavor?
Vistex associates worldwide are actively engaged in their communities, contributing through donations, volunteerism, board service and more. Through the Endeavor program, we amplify these efforts with a 1:1 gift matching program and "Dollars for Doers” matching volunteer hours with grants to organizations.

Vistex employees
making a lasting impact
Vistex partnered with Heavens Fighters in Schwetzingen, Germany to support individuals experiencing homelessness by providing food, clothing, and hygiene products to help fight hunger. With the Endeavor program donations from the Sanjay Shah & Raju Datla Day of Giving and the volunteer hours we will be able to donate 1.600 € and a lot of items to this organization. This collective effort highlights the power of coming together and our continued commitment to addressing homelessness both locally and globally.
Expanding Impact Through Key Initiatives
Vistex proudly recognizes Volunteer Appreciation Month in April by doubling volunteer hours and grant contributions and further amplifies impact during Global Giving Week from Giving Tuesday through International Volunteer Day, when all donations are matched 2:1. Together, our global teams lead with purpose, strengthening communities and driving meaningful, lasting impact.
The Sanjay Shah & Raju Datla Day of Giving celebrates the legacies of our Founder, Sanjay Shah, and former President, Raju Datla, and their commitment to leadership, kindness, and community. On January 19th each year, employees are encouraged to give back through volunteering or financial contributions, focusing on a different charitable cause.
Following the inaugural 2025 theme of Food Scarcity, we are excited to announce that the 2026 theme is Eradicating Homelessness. This year, employees can support initiatives providing shelter, essential resources, and long-term solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Through the Endeavor program, Vistex will match eligible donations and volunteer hours, amplifying the impact of our collective efforts.
